Roma Hall offers three versatile event halls designed to accommodate a variety of special occasions. If you’re unsure which hall best suits your vision, our experienced team would be happy to assist.

Booking Policies

Roma Hall operates on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness and availability for all clients. Our event halls are exclusively available as part of our full catering services, as the halls are not rented independently.

To help you plan your event smoothly, the following guidelines apply to all bookings at Roma Hall:

A non-refundable booking deposit of $1,000.00 is required at the time of reservation. Your event date is considered secured once a signed contract and deposit have been received. A 50% deposit is due once the menu selection has been finalized.

All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However, deposits may be transferred to an alternate available date, subject to approval.

Clients may choose to supply their own alcohol or have Roma Hall provide full bar service. If supplying your own alcohol, you are responsible for obtaining the required liquor license, and a corkage fee will apply. In this case, the use of two Roma Hall bartenders is mandatory. Roma Hall also offers complete bar service, including beer, wine, highballs, and mixers. Please contact the hall directly for pricing details.

Clients are responsible for any damage caused by decorations or decorators. Decorating the hall is permitted only with prior approval from the Catering Manager. The use of nails, staples, pins, confetti, or bubbles is strictly prohibited. Only white removable tape may be used for decorating purposes. All decorations and garbage must be removed the same night as the event; nothing may be left in the hall overnight.

Roma Hall provides a portable stage suitable for a live band or DJ, which can be positioned anywhere in the hall. All events featuring music are subject to a SOCAN fee, payable to Roma Hall on behalf of SOCAN. Additional information can be found at socan.ca.

Bar service and music must conclude by 1:00 AM, with no exceptions. All equipment, décor, and personal items must be fully removed from the hall by 2:00 AM.

Full payment is due within 7 days following the event. Any outstanding balance not paid within this timeframe will be subject to a 10% late payment surcharge.

  • Champagne Glasses: $0.50 each
  • DVD Player with Wall Screens: $100.00
  • Easel: $25.00
  • Coat Check Service: $110.00
  • Podium with Microphone: Included with hall rental
